Returns & Refunds
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid engagements for service lines sold by Eliteprimexhyper where a written order or statement of work exists. Website browsing remains free.
2. Cooling-off
Where the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and related regulations grant cooling-off rights for applicable contracts, those rights remain available in addition to the goodwill terms below.
3. Eligibility for refunds
If we have not commenced substantive delivery work, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment. Commencement includes workshop delivery, configuration in your environment, or bespoke data ingestion beyond discovery.
4. Partial refunds
If work has commenced but milestones stall due to our fault, we may offer a partial refund or credit on a case-by-case basis documented in writing.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party pass-through costs already invoiced to us, travel already undertaken where agreed, and completed workshop days are generally non-refundable.
6. Process and timing
Email hello@eliteprimexhyper.pro with your order reference. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days using the original payment method where possible.
7. Cancellations and exceptions
You may cancel future milestones per your statement of work. Force majeure, mutual agreement, or material breach terms in your contract supersede this page where they differ. For disputes, we prefer good-faith negotiation before escalation.
